Embodiment Coaching is the art of coming home to your Self.
It is the sacred process of restoring union—between spirit and matter, mind and body, soul and form. To live in a state of embodiment means that your consciousness is no longer exiled in thought or lost in survival—but anchored in presence, in purpose, in the divine intelligence of your body.

To walk this path, you must be willing to explore the depths of your inner world—what psychology calls the unconscious mind. These are the parts of you that have been hidden, fragmented, or forgotten. In embodiment work, we do not bypass these shadows—we bring them to light, and integrate them through the body.
This process, known as somatic awareness, is the bridge between insight and transformation. True embodiment is not just knowing who you are—it is living it, feeling it in your cells, your breath, your posture, your voice.
Through this alchemy, you shift from surviving to thriving. From forgetting to remembrance. From illusion to liberation.

I walk beside you—not as someone with all the answers, but as a loving mirror, a soul guide, a witness to your becoming.
You could say I am your Self-Realization Doula—here to midwife the rebirth of your True Self.
In our sessions, I draw from the same sacred tools that supported me through my own death and awakening: the healing of addiction, a near-death experience, and the slow, sacred path of reclaiming my light body and divine identity.
