I’ve spent the past decade immersed in deep, multidimensional healing—mind, body, and soul. My path has been shaped by lifetimes of addiction, heartbreak, and chronic health challenges. But everything changed in 2014, when a suicide attempt became a threshold—a near-death experience that cracked me open and awakened me to a higher reality.

In that moment, I met God as the Divine Mother.
And I remembered the ancient Truth that had always lived inside me:
I was never separate.

What followed wasn’t a quick fix—it was a sacred pilgrimage. A long, humbling journey of healing from the inside out. Not just from addiction, but from the root of suffering itself.

In the Yogic teachings, this root is called Avidya: the ignorance of one’s true nature. I came to understand that all suffering stems from this forgetting. We are not broken. We are not lost. We are made in the image of the Divine—and when our lives don’t reflect that truth, it’s not because we are unworthy, but because we’ve been conditioned to forget.

Illumined Essence was born from that remembrance.

It is a space where the shadow is not exiled, but embraced. Where healing is not linear, but sacred and cyclical. Where the body is honored as a vessel of God’s wisdom. And where the True Self is lovingly returned to the throne of the heart.
